This has lead us to understand the need for a holistic view of total projects; from planning trends, analysis and adjacencies, individual home-owners, retailers and most importantly, end-user needs and wants.

We establish a strong Concept phase, covering all phases from philosophy, design intent, customisation, as well as individualisation for each project. This phase enables our client to see, feel and understand the project we are looking to creating with them.

Longplain understands the parameters and requirements of retail and hospitality for both small and large projects. Our strategy is developed through the understanding of each individual client’s business. This process involves research, competitor analysis, global directions and consumer trends. The studio is “hands on” in strategically embracing each project, to offer individuality from project to project.

Following the creation of concept packages, Longplain takes pride in ensuring all concepts are applicable and achievable through Design Development which involves finalising design direction with the client project team and nominated builder.
